Steven Lynn �Funkle� Dillingham, 63, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, at Southeast Hospital.
He was born June 19, 1954, in Cape Girardeau to Earl K. and Anna Lee Fitzgerald Dillingham.
Steven was a Cape Girardeau Central High School graduate and a carpenter in the Cape Girardeau area. He was an avid fisherman who loved being outdoors. He was fun-loving and free-spirited. He was soft-spoken, yet very comical. He always had jokes and stories to tell, most stories being about fishing, gardening or the latest music he was interested in.
Survivors include his two daughters, Katie (David III) Ivester of Chaffee, Missouri, and Amanda Sebastian of Jackson; two sisters, Linda (David) Bangert of Sikeston, Missouri, and Cindy (Ron) Kemp of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Kenny (Lisa) Dillingham of Barnhart, Missouri, and Mark (Sheryl) Dillingham of Locust Grove, Georgia; and five grandchildren, Tristyn Hanna, Kaylynn Tuttleton, Taegen Tuttleton, Addison Faithe Sebastian and Alyssa Mae Sebastian.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
