ADVANCE, Mo. -- Stephanie Lynn Smith, 43, of Advance passed away May 24, 2009, at her home.

She was born April 21, 1966, at St. Charles, Mo., the daughter of Jimmy and Karen Moore Hazel.

Smith was a 1984 graduate of Advance High School. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her parents; a son, Nick Smith of Advance; two daughters, Heather Smith and Cierra Schmidt, both of Advance; a brother, Bradley Hazel of Cape Girardeau; and a sister, Tina Hawkins of Oran, Mo.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Keith Price officiating.

Burial will be at Greenbrier Cemetery in Greenbrier, Mo.
