Stella Wilfong

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Stella Mae Wilfong, 100, of Dongola, Mo., died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2003, at the Advance Nursing Center in Advance.

She was born Nov. 19, 1903, at Glennon, Mo., daughter of David and Bell Ward Green. She and Harrison Wilfong were married on April 28, 1920, at Farmington, Mo. He died on May 26, 1956.

Survivors include two sons, Clinton Wilfong of Advance and Kenneth Wilfong of Whitewater; two daughters, Nellie James of Delta, and Margaret Richardson of Advance; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and two sisters.

Friends may call today from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.

Funeral will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral chapel. The Rev. Lloyd Ray Green will officiate, with burial in Dongola Cemetery in Dongola.
