WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Stan Aldridge, 51, of Wolf Lake died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at Union County Hospital at Anna.
He was born April 20, 1948, at Cape Girardeau, son of Charles and Edith Walker Aldridge.
He was a graduate of Belleville West High School and attended Southern Illinois University and Elmhurst College. He had been a technician in the theater department at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and Edwardsville. He was also a member of the Belleville Area College of drama and choir.
Aldridge was a member of the Stage Hands Union and worked for many years at the DuQuoin State Fair. He was a member of the Millstadt United Church of Christ.
He had been previously employed by the St. Louis Trust Company and was a self-employed craftsman.
He is survived by his parents.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home at Anna.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, the Revs. P.K. Sunny and John Prather will officiate. Burial will be in Walker Hill Cemetery at Grand Tower.
