Stacey Matlock

McCLURE, Ill. — Stacey Jo Matlock, 57, of McClure passed away Sunday, July 23, 2023, at home, with her loved ones at her side.

She was born Aug. 22, 1965 in Sterling, Illinois, to Bonnie Cobb.

Stacey is survived by her devoted husband, Troy; children, Jennifer Brough and her children, Bradley, Reagan and Corey; April Kennedy and her husband, Heath, and their children, Zoey, Eliza and Lola, with one on the way; T.J. Matlock and his wife, Jessica, and their son, Vincent; and in-laws, Carroll and Mary Matlock.

She was preceded in death by her mother, grandmother and sister.

A celebration of life gathering will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, July 28, at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

Stacey's final resting place will be at Lindsey Cemetery at a later date.
