JONESBORO, Ill. -- Shelby Gene Livesay, 36, of Jonesboro died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 1998, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

He was born Feb. 12, 1962, at Anna to James and Nellie Norman Livesay.

He married Cindy G. Qualls in July 1980 at Anna.

Survivors include his mother, Nellie Boyd of Olmsted; his former wife, of Perks; one son, Kerry Gene Livesay of Perks; one daughter, Alisha Dawn Livesay of Perks; and two brothers Randy D. Livesay of Villa Ridge and Nickey J. Livesay of Sparta.

Visitation will be Sunday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.

Service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Jim Stamp officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
