MARBLE HILL -- Shelby Estes, 51, of Marble Hill, died Friday, April 29, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 21, 1943, at Scopus, son of Lee and Maudie Mae Cook Estes.
Estes was a paint sprayer with H.H. Robinson. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include two sons, Shannon and Josh Estes of Marble Hill; a daughter, Tennille Estes of Marble Hill; three brothers, Lee and Don Estes of Fenton, Chan Estes of Washington, D.C.; five sisters, L.B. Long, Helen Miller, Louella Lanigan, all of Marble Hill, Mazie Bryant of Chaffee, and Beulah Barton of Boss.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 4 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Poole officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
