PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Sharon Monier, 56, of Perryville passed away Friday, March 8, 2013, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born Jan. 30, 1957, in Perryville, daughter of the late Cletus Rollet and survived by Shirley Weinhold Rollet of Perryville. She and Roger L. Monier were married Sept. 22, 1977. He survives in Perryville.
Sharon was retired from Solar Press and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Sharon enjoyed being with her family and the outdoors.
Survivors include two daughters, Shelly and Rachel Monier; two brothers and three sisters, Jimmy Rollet, Terry Rollet, Carolyn (Roy) Hagan, Patty (Jason) Paul and Lori Rollet, all of Perryville; and three grandchildren, Courtney, Shelby and Gracey.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Betty Ann Williams.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Chapel, with a Catholic wake at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with a rosary at 8:30 a.m.
A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan CM officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorials are preferred to the Children's Miracle Network.
