SETH F. BRANDENBURG

JACKSON -- Funeral service for Seth Fredrick Brandenburg of Columbia was held Oct. 9 at Columbia United Church of Christ. Joel Hartman and the Rev. Fred Brandenburg officiated, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery at Columbia.

Brandenburg, 24, died Monday, Oct. 7, 1991, at Boone Hospital Center there.

He was born May 17, 1967, in Cape Girardeau, son of the Rev. Fred and Shelley Cooper Brandenburg. His father was formerly pastor of Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.

Brandenburg was a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he was a member of the Hotel and Restaurant Management Club and Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. He was also a member of Columbia United Church of Christ.

Survivors include his parents; a sister, Sara Brandenburg, a friend, Melissa McBride, all of Columbia; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Fredrick Brandenburg of Hermann, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cuzzak of Belleville, Ill.
