Selah Moore

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Selah E. Moore, 90, of Perryville died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas.

She was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Johnston City, Illinois. She and Kenneth H. Moore were married Feb. 14, 1942. He preceded her in death Sept. 16, 2014.

Selah worked in the office of a nursing facility. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Perryville, Eastern Star and DAR, and was involved in the China Art field.

Survivors include a daughter, Selah M. Moore of Perryville; two sons, Craig Moore of Longview and Keith Moore of Denver; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Shawn Moore; a brother; and eight sisters.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville, and from noon until time of service Thursday at First Assembly of God Church.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church, with the Revs. John Chamness and Dennis Cebulak officiating. Burial will be in St. Marcus Cemetery in Red Bud, Illinois.
