EAST CAPE GIRARDEAU, Ill. -- Sebastain Casteel Peters, infant son of Seth and Cynthia Peters of East Cape Girardeau, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Mary Gaines of Kansas City, Mo., and Larry Masterson of Independence, Mo.; paternal grandparents, Danny and Teressa Peters of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Damon and Gunther Peters of East Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Breanna and Isabella Peters of East Cape Girardeau; paternal great-grandmother, Zetta Ramsey of Jonesboro, Ill.; aunts; uncles; cousins; and other relatives.. ...

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon today, with funeral following at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Ill. Interment will be in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
