Saundra Lee Hamilton of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Fountainbleau Lodge.
She was born in St. Louis to John Khoury and Virginia Spaulding Henson. She and Paul D. Hamilton were married in 1964 at Jackson. He preceded her in death March 7, 1998.
She worked at Jackson Manor for many years.
Saundra was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3838 Ladies Auxiliary in Cape Girardeau and American Legion Post 158 in Jackson.
She had a great sense of humor and loved to play cards and bingo.
She was a member of Chaffee General Baptist Church in Chaffee, Missouri.
Survivors include her two sons, Troy D. (Tammy) Hamilton of Cape Girardeau and Terrance L. (Michelle) Hamilton of St. Charles, Missouri; brother, Skip Brock of Farmington, Missouri; and three grandchildren, Landon Hamilton, Berlynn Hamilton and Hunter Hamilton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terrance Brock; and sister-in-law, Pattie Brock.
Visitation will be from 3 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Chaffee General Baptist Church, 319 N. Fifth St., Chaffee, MO 63740.
A memorial service will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Chaffee General Baptist Church.
