Sarah Wilson

Sarah Talbot Wilson, 24, of College Park, Fla., died Friday, July 23, 2004, of leukemia.

She was born Nov. 19, 1979, in Winter Park, Fla., daughter of Bill and Suzy Wilson. Her father was formerly of Cape Girardeau.

Wilson was a 1998 graduate of Edgewater High School, and a 2002 graduate of Stetson University. She taught fourth grade at Little River Elementary School, and was currently an interior design assistant. She was pursuing a master's degree in mental health counseling. She was a member of Community Presbyterian Church in Celebration, Fla.

Survivors include her parents of College Park; a brother, Matthew Ruse of Greenville, S.C.; and maternal grandfather, Adrien Talbot of Winter Park.

The funeral was held Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church in Orlando, Fla.

Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home in Winter Park was in charge of arrangements.
