SARAH VIOLA REYNOLDS

JONESBORO, Ill. - Sarah Viola Reynolds. 86, of Jonesboro, Ill., died Saturday, Jan. 23, 1993, at the Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

She was born Dec. 16, 1906, in Union County, Ill., daughter of James and Mary Ann Gay Burns.

She married Robert Reynolds June 12, 1924. He died Jan. 8, 1969.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Anna Gospel Assembly Church.

Survivors include five sons, James Reynolds of Metropolis, Ill., George Reynolds of Springfield, Ill., Richard Reynolds and Robert Reynolds, both of Jonesboro, and Bonn Reynolds of Anna, Ill.; a daughter, Linda Roach of Anna.; a sister, Ethel May of Cape Girardeau; 24 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons and two daughters.

Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. today at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Ill.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Ill., with the Rev. James Bolden officiating.

Burial will follow in Jonesboro Cemetery.
