Sarah Jean Eye, 53, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 21, 2010, at her home. She was born July 11, 1956, in St. Louis to Calvin and Rose Lee Brooks Coleman. Sarah Jean Eye, 53, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, May 21, 2010, at her home.

She was born July 11, 1956, in St. Louis to Calvin and Rose Lee Brooks Coleman. She married Walter Eye, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Charles E. (Robbin) Park of Jonesboro, Ill., Denver (Melanie Rose) Brooks Sr. of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Rose Park, Candie (Tedd) Mills, Loretta Conner and Amanda (Pancho) Salinas of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, Alice Millaway and Marie Brooks of Cape Girardeau, Bonita Kotyla of St. Louis; a brother-in-law, Winfred Fields of Cape Girardeau; 26 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a good friend, Charles Robert Park Sr.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time today at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ronald Knapp officiating.

Memorials may be made at the funeral home to defray expenses.
