Sandra Kay McCulley, 52, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, April 20, 2012, at her home in Cape Girardeau. She was born April 3, 1960, in Hayti, Mo., to Virgie Pauline House and D.C. Carnell. She was united in marriage July 5, 1975, in Chaffee, Mo., to Steven L. McCulley; he survives of the home. Her father, D.C. Carnell preceded her in death...

Sandra Kay McCulley, 52, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, April 20, 2012, at her home in Cape Girardeau.

She was born April 3, 1960, in Hayti, Mo., to Virgie Pauline House and D.C. Carnell.

She was united in marriage July 5, 1975, in Chaffee, Mo., to Steven L. McCulley; he survives of the home. Her father, D.C. Carnell preceded her in death.

Survivors include her mother, Virgie Pauline Carnell of Portageville, Mo.; her husband, Steven L. McCulley of Cape Girardeau; two sons, Anthony Steven McCulley of Atlanta and Timothy Daryl McCulley of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Jennifer Lynn Abernathy of Cape Girardeau, Anjanette Kristin McCulley and Sara Elizabeth McCulley, both of Severn, Md.; four sisters, Margie Blasingame of Huntindon, Tenn., Paula Ellis of Portageville, Vicki Watson of St. Louis and Melissa Brown of Lilbourn, Mo.; six brothers, Jimmy Carnell of Sullivan, Mo., Jerry Carnell of Gasden, Ala., Larry Carnell of Dexter, Mo., Calvin Carnell of St. Clair, Mo., Richard Carnell of Kennett, Mo. and Greg Carnell of Bloomfield, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church.

Burial will be in the Portageville Cemetery. Pastor A.R. Gentry will be officiating.
