Born to Louis and Lillian Olsen on July 24, 1927, in Florida, she was their first daughter, fourth child of six children. Marriage to her late husband, James William Judd, brought her to the St. Louis area, where she lived 75 years...

ST. LOUIS -- Lillian "Sally" Olsen Judd was called home by her Savior, Jesus Christ, Friday, Dec, 20, 2019, at the age of 92.

Born to Louis and Lillian Olsen on July 24, 1927, in Florida, she was their first daughter, fourth child of six children. Marriage to her late husband, James William Judd, brought her to the St. Louis area, where she lived 75 years.

Sally loved life, her children and grandchildren, "inherited" pets, crossword puzzles, yard work and shopping. Upon retirement from Kmart after 13 years, she often traveled with grandchildren to visit family in Jacksonville, Florida. She was a breast cancer survivor and devoted supporter of St Jude Children Research Hospital.

She is survived by her brother, Charles Olsen; five children, James (Sharon) Judd, Ira (Diana) Judd, Lillian (Jerry) Frisbie, Christina (Gary) Hughes and Kenneth (Kathleen) Judd; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents, Louis and Lillian Olsen Sr.; brothers, Olaf, Louis Jr. and W. Howard Olsen; sister, Mary Chauncey; and daughter-in-law, Linda.

Private family services were held Friday. She was laid to rest with her husband at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

If desired, donations in her name may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary of St. Louis was in charge of arrangements.
