RUTH MYERS

SCOTT CITY -- Ruth Myers, 68, of Scott City, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 1991 at the Cape Girardeau Nursing Center.

She was born Jan. 4, 1923 at Holcomb, Mo., the daughter of James T. Millhouse and Ella Millhouse.

She was married to Robert E. Myers, who preceded her in death.

She was a billing clerk with the Wetterau Corp. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Scott City and the VFW Auxiliary.

Survivors include three sons, Robert E. Myers, Cape Girardeau; Stanley G. Myers, Scott City, Jim Myers, High Ridge; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City with the Rev. Terry Eades, minister of the Scott City First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
