PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Ruth A. Hayden, 78, of Perryville passed away Thursday, Nov. 26, 2020. at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born Dec. 30, 1941, in Perryville to Hubert and Elta Nelson Hornberger.
She and Harold J. Hayden were married June 3, 1961, at the St. Mary of the Barrens.
Ruth was a Pharmacy Tech at Rexall Drug.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff (Amy) Hayden of Festus, Missouri, and Craig (Debbie) Hayden of Perryville; two daughters, Michelle (C.L) Robbins of Archibald, Louisiana and Amy (William) Blake of Perryville; 10 grandchildren, Abigail Hayden, Andrew Hayden, Brooke (Matthew) Lukefahr, Annie Hayden, Tess (Kasey) Crum, Brendan Ucthmann, Joshua Ucthmann, Brett (Ashli) Hayden, Willie Blake and Lacey Blake; six great-grandchildren, Brynn Lukefahr, Emma Lukefahr, Joshua Hayden, Izayic Hayden, Dalton Hayden, and Brexlie Crum.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold J. Hayden and brother, Roy Hornberger.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday and 6:30 am to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at Ford and Young Funeral Home in Perryville. Rosary at 8:30 a.m.
Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville with the Rev. Joe Geders C.M. officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Association of the Miraculous Medal.
