OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Ruth Duff, 102, of Olive Branch, died Tuesday, July 2, 1996, at her home.
She was born March 1, 1894, at Delta, Ill., daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Nicie Jane Lee Dickerson. She married Richard Ernest Duff, who died in 1948.
Duff was a member of Alexander Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Delphia Schauwecker and Dr. Ruth Duff; a son, Herman Duff; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, two daughters and a grandson.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms from 5-8 p.m. Friday, and Saturday until service time.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ernest Brown and Dr. Larry Potts officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Thebes.
