RUTH CRAIG

She was born Sept. 28, 1914, in Dexter, Mo., daughter of Butler and Minnie Welborn Mallory. She and Willie T. Craig were married Oct. 19, 1935, at Dexter. He died July 7, 1983.

Mrs. Craig spent most of her life in the Bloomfield community. She attended Hills General Baptist Church near Bloomfield.

Survivors include one daughter, Deloris May of Bloomfield; one sister, Vica Johnson of Fountain, Colo.; and one grandson.

She was preceded in death by three infant sons, one brother, three sisters and her parents.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kevin Eskew officiating. Burial will be in Sadlers Chapel Cemetery near Dexter.
