He is survived by his loving parents, Verbal and Michael Walter; siblings, Jon, Nikki and Michael Walter, Tia Pearson, Joel and Allen Bryan, Angela Keele and Michelle Hammacher.
His family has held a memorial honoring Russell's life and would like to thank those who provided support, love and memories for the event. Russell will be missed for his generosity, his love for his nieces and nephews, his odd quotes he would post on social media and, mostly, for sharing his unique perception of life and the world.
