OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Russell E. Warren, 72, of Olive Branch died Friday, Nov. 12, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 10, 1927, at Olive Branch, son of Howard and Orpha Bedwell Warren. He and Virginia Ruth DePriest were married Oct. 11, 1952.
Warren attended the Trinity Assembly of God Church in Olive Branch. He was a retired building contractor. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Caledonia Lodge #47 AF & AM and Eastern Star Chapter 587.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Donald E. Warren of Brighton and Russell A. Warren of Olive Branch; three brothers, Paul Warren and Eldon Warren, both of South Roxana, and Harlie Warren of Grand Haven, Mo.; and a sister, Juanita Foster of Olive Branch.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Farris Emery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms. A Masonic service will beheld Monday evening at the funeral home, conducted by Caledonia Lodge #47 AF & AM.Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Carl Hester will officiate, with interment in Olive Branch Cemetery.
