Rueben Hull

THEBES, Ill. -- Rueben Leonard Hull, 70, of Thebes died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008, at his home.

Hull was born April 3, 1937, at Robertsville, Mo., to William Henry Hull and Blanche Hull.

Hull was retired from Spartech Plastics Co. in Cape Girardeau. He worked there for 20 years.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Hull of Thebes; a son, David Hull Sr. of Thebes; three daughters, Carol Hull of Thebes, Patty Gearng of Tamms, Ill., and Helen Padilla, of Fairmont City, Ill.; a sister, Wilma Cole, of Louisville, Ky., 21 grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, three brothers and a sister.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cummins Cemetery in rural McClure, Ill.
