RUBY L. RATLIFF

ADVANCE -- Ruby L. Ratliff of Collinsville, Ill., formerly of Advance, died Wednesday, March 2, 1994, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born Aug. 8, 1913, daughter of John and Mary McCarey Coffee. She first married Thomas Bradley, who died in 1936. She later married Leonard Ratliff in 1940, who died in 1971.

Ratliff was a retired dietitian from St. Joe Hospital in Kokomo, Ind. She was a member of First General Baptist Church here.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary Budwell of Maryville, Ill.; a brother, Jerry Coffee of Morley; a sister, Edith Middleton of Advance; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, several brothers and sisters.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Wayne Page officiating. Burial will be in Matthews City Cemetery.
