MATTHEWS, Mo. -- The funeral for Ruby Loutene Brothers of Matthews will be held at 10 a.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, Mo. Bob Herring will officiate. Burial will be in Potter Cemetery at Lepanto, Ark.
Brothers, 72, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2002, at Bertrand Nursing Facility in Bertrand, Mo.
She was born July 22, 1930, in Vernon, Ala., daughter of William S. and Lunie G. Woods White. She and Cletus R. Brothers were married Nov. 11, 1961, at Charleston, Mo. He died March 17, 1995.
Survivors include two sons, James Terry of Canalou, Mo., David Terry of Matthews; a daughter, Monica Tidwell of Sikeston; a brother, Danny White of Blytheville, Ark.; six sisters, Peggy Bickford of Diehlstadt, Mo., Carolyn Sanderson of Osceola, Ark., Audrey Stegall of Pontotoc, Miss., Faye Armstrong and Adell Sanders of Colona, Ill., Helen Davis of Arnold, Mo.; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, two sisters, and two grandchildren.
