TAMMS, Ill. -- Roy Vick, 82, of Tamms died Sunday, Jan. 15, 1995, at his home.
He was born Dec. 27, 1912, near Tamms, the son of Louis Henry and Saphronia Jane Holshouser Vic. On Nov. 10, 1938, he married Martha Foster, who survives.
Vick was a farmer, and was of the Baptist denomination.
Other survivors include two daughters, Loila "Betty" Carroll of Paducah, Ky., and Loretta Polston of St. Peters, Mo.; a son, Ricky Vick of Tamms; a sister, Lena Landgrebe of Tacoma, Wash.; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Billy Don Heady will officiate, and burial will be in McCrite Cemetery.
