Roy J. Layton, 90, formerly of Belgique, Mo., died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and 6:30 to 10:50 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville, Mo. Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery with graveside military honors courtesy of American Legion Post 133...
