ANNA, Ill. -- Roy F. Smick, 79, of Granite City, Ill., died Saturday, June 18, 1994, at Vencor Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born July 24, 1914, at Reynoldsville, the son of Commer and Beulah Hileman Smick. He was a member of the Reynoldsville Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Violet Kerley of Anna, a brother, Eugene Smick of Granite City, and two step-sisters.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, where funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Steve Shepherd will officiate, and burial will be in the Anna Cemetery.
