WARE, Ill. -- Roy Edward Wildy, 81, of Ware died Nov. 21, 1993, at the Union County Nursing Home in Anna, Ill. He was born June 17, 1912, in Jonesboro, Ill., to Frederick and Lily Belcher Wildy. He married Leta Mae Thomas on Aug. 31, 1952. She died Aug. 5, 1971...

WARE, Ill. -- Roy Edward Wildy, 81, of Ware died Nov. 21, 1993, at the Union County Nursing Home in Anna, Ill.

He was born June 17, 1912, in Jonesboro, Ill., to Frederick and Lily Belcher Wildy. He married Leta Mae Thomas on Aug. 31, 1952. She died Aug. 5, 1971.

He was a construction laborer and was a member of the Ware Baptist Church.

He is survived by a sister-in-law, Mabel Walker of Lake Bluff, Ill.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Norris and Son Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
