Roy C. Drury, 64, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born Feb. 28, 1935, at Ancell, son of Monroe and Bernadette Burger Drury. He and Karen J. Niblack were married Nov. 23, 1980.
Drury was a former business manager and treasurer of Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents.
He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Michael and Lance Hovis, Stephen and Luke Drury; a daughter, Amanda Drury; a brother, Ray Drury, all of Cape Girardeau; and a grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Thursday. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m., and Knights of Columbus rosary at 7:30.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. Lewis Hejna will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
