Roy Lee Aldrich Jr., 81, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Jan. 25, 2016, at his home.
He was born Dec. 20, 1934, in Dexter, Missouri, to Roy Lee and Alberta Work Aldrich Sr. He and Mary Ann Williams were married March 10, 1993, at Golden, Colorado.
Roy had worked in Denver as a courier in food services.
He enjoyed bowling and was a passionate season-ticket holder for the Denver Broncos football team since 1967.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Aldrich of Cape Girardeau; three sons, Lance Thompson of Bremerton, Washington, Stan (Carol) Thompson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Doug Aldrich of Kansas City, Missouri; two stepdaughters, April Campos of Denver and Denise (Ed) Villagomez of Westminster, Colorado; two sisters, Doris (John) Hilpert of Cape Girardeau and Barbara Schutte of Denver; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Pam McNamee; a brother; and three sisters.
There will be no visitation or funeral at this time.
