STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Rosemary E. Roth, 83, of Ste. Genevieve died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2004, at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1921, in Ste. Genevieve, daughter of August H. and Rose Kuehn Rottler. She married Louis G. Roth, who died Oct. 21, 1987. Roth was a member of Western Catholic Union, Daughters of Isabella, VFW Auxiliary, and was a former 4-H leader...

STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Rosemary E. Roth, 83, of Ste. Genevieve died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2004, at her home.

She was born Sept. 26, 1921, in Ste. Genevieve, daughter of August H. and Rose Kuehn Rottler. She married Louis G. Roth, who died Oct. 21, 1987.

Roth was a member of Western Catholic Union, Daughters of Isabella, VFW Auxiliary, and was a former 4-H leader.

Survivors include four sons, Gerald, Robert and Paul Roth of Ste. Genevieve, James Roth of Arnold, Mo.; three daughters, Mary Lou Kurtz of Cape Girardeau, Elizabeth Roth of New York, N.Y., Patricia Beckham of St. Charles, Mo.; a sister, Theola "Tuttie" Wehner of Ste. Genevieve; 15 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two great-stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Basler Funeral Home after 3 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Church of Ste. Genevieve, with the Rev. Daniel Mosley officiating. Burial will be in Valle Spring Cemetery.
