SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Rosemary Carlisle of Sikeston will be held at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Jim Guffie will officiate, with burial in Malden Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.

Ponder Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Carlisle, 57, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1993, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born July 18, 1936, daughter of Blanche Denney and Lewis Bailey. She and Billy Gene Carlisle were married Sept. 17, 1955. He died Aug. 6, 1989.

Carlisle had been a secretary with Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of First Baptist Church, and Eastern Star Chapter 293.

Survivors include three sons, Marty Carlisle of Risco, Eddie Carlisle of Albuquerque, N.M., David Carlisle of Auburn, Wash.; her mother of Sikeston; a sister, Dolores Snodgrass of Memphis, Tenn., and six grandchildren.
