Rose C. Foeste, 93, of 1021 N. Clark died Sunday, Oct. 3, 1993, at the Cape LaCroix Nursing Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born March 5, 1900, in Cape Girardeau County, the daughter of Adolph and Millie Burr Malbe. In 1917, she married Maple Foeste, who preceded her in death.
She was of the Lutheran denomination.

Survivors include two sons, Claude and Elmer Foeste, both of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Bessie Bozarth of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau, where funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Steven MacDougall will officiate, and burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
