Rosalie Genevieve "Sally" Sachse, 86, of Jackson died Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2005, at Monticello House.
She was born Jan. 3, 1919, at Old Appleton, Mo., daughter of Joe and Ida Ponder Buchheit. She married Dale Sachse, who preceded her in death.
Sachse had been a cook at Sunny Hill Restaurant and Saint Francis Medical Center. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral.
Survivors include two daughters, Sue Fulton and Jinny Schenimann of Cape Girardeau; three sons, Paul Sachse of Murray, Ky., Bob Sachse of Cape Girardeau, Mike Sachse of Jackson; a sister, Tillie Pentecost of Billings, Mont.; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Cathedral from 9:30 a.m. to service time Friday.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. Patrick Nwokoye officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery at Old Appleton.
