Rosa "Rosie" Enke, 75, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, March 14, 1998, at the St. Francis Medical Center emergency room.

She was born Oct. 15, 1922 at New Wells, Mo., the daughter of Edward and Margareta Tiedmann Perr.

She married Harold Enke Sept. 27, 1941 in New Wells. He survives.

She is also survived by a son, Kenneth Enke of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Carolyn Rouviere of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Wilbert and George Perr of Jackson; two sisters, Nelda Palisch of Altenburg and Melba Leimbach of Jackson; and three grandchildren.

She was baptized and confirmed at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Wells, but transferred her membership to Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau in 1943. She and her husband moved to Cape Girardeau in 1942.

She was a former member of the Ladies Aid at Trinity Lutheran Church and had resided at the Lutheran Home from January to March 11, 1998.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Sunday, at the McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Friends also may call at the church at 10 a.m. Monday.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Dissen officiating. Entombment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
