BERTRAND -- Rosa McKenney McKinley, 87, of Bertrand died Saturday, Aug. 29, 1998, at her home.

She was born Jan. 11, 1911, in Indiana, daughter of Revis and Viola Suter McKenney. She and William B. McKinley were married on June 9, 1934. He died Feb. 3, 1975.

She lived in Mississippi County most of her life. She was employed with the Bertrand schools until her retirement.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bertrand.

Survivors include a daughter, Joan Marlene Harris of Bertrand; a brother, Bill McKenney of Bertrand; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Friends may call at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 5 to 7 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Charles Moreland will officiate, with burial at the I. O. O. F. Cemetery.
