Rosa Goehman

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Rosa Ella Goehman, daughter of the late Herbert Edward Deimund and Esther Viola Shrum, was born Oct. 28, 1928, in Bollinger County, Missouri, and departed this life Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020, at Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee at the age of 91 years.

On April 16, 1949, she married James Richard Goehman in Jackson. He preceded her in death Dec. 15, 1990.

Rosa Loved to quilt and embroider. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart.

Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie (Earl) Woods of Morley, Missouri; sons, Robert (Pam) Goehman of Oran, Missouri, and James (Denise) Goehman of Ballwin, Missouri; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, Rosa was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dorothea Rose, and two sisters, Minnie Williams and Vera Weiss.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev David Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Sedgewickville Baptist Church Cemetery in Bollinger County.
