Roger Henry, 67, of St. Louis went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 29, 2001, at his home. He was born Jan. 30, 1934, at St. Joseph, Mo., son of Bud and Opal Horton Henry. He and Betty Lou Cavalier were married Oct. 5, 1967, at St. Joseph. Roger Henry, 67, of St. Louis went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 29, 2001, at his home.

He was born Jan. 30, 1934, at St. Joseph, Mo., son of Bud and Opal Horton Henry. He and Betty Lou Cavalier were married Oct. 5, 1967, at St. Joseph.

Roger earned a master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Kansas, and did his clerkship at Psychiatric Receiving Center in Kansas City, Mo.

He was executive director of Park Counseling Center in Fort Wayne, Ind., almost 21 years. From 1986-98 he was executive director of Community Counseling Center in Cape Gir-ardeau. He attended Cape Bible Chapel, and was a member of Rotary International.

Roger served eight years in Missouri National Guard.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Brad Henry of New London, Minn.; a daughter and son-in-law, Betsy Luan Henry and Jason Love of O'Fallon, Mo.; a brother, Melvin Henry of Minneapolis, Minn.; a sister, Jean Musick of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a grandson, Bret Love of St. Louis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 1-2 p.m. Monday.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with Hal Greene officiating. Private family burial will be at a later date.
