Robin Gross

Robin Lynn Gross, 41, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 3, 1961, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Bob C. and Verna Kelpe Gross.

Robin was a 1979 graduate of Central High School. She was coach many years of church league basketball, umpired girls Optimist softball leagues, and was a booster and fan of Central High School and Southeast Missouri State University. She was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Debbie Gross of Cape Girardeau; a nephew, Dustin Gross of Cape Girardeau; a niece, Cassie Gross of Cape Girardeau; and her beloved dog, Chloe.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Paul Short officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Lutheran Cemetery.
