The infant was born and died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003, at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Wash.

Survivors include her parents, Staff Sgt. Michael and Clarrisa Barks of Fairbanks, Alaska; maternal grandparents, Brad and Brenda Walker of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; paternal grandparents, Larry and Ruth Barks of Jackson; maternal great-grandparents, Ed and Lorita Clark of Lawton, Okla., June Walker of Abilene, Texas; and paternal great-grandmother, Gladys Barks of Jackson.
