BRAZEAU, Mo. -- Robert W. Weinhold, 70, of Brazeau died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born May 10, 1930, at Menfro, Mo., son of Walter Ernst and Ella Mathilda Katt Weinhold. He and Dorothy V. Feiste were married June 28, 1958.
Weinhold retired as an aircraft mechanic at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis. He was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church; former member of finance board, past trustee and Saxon Lutheran Memorial Advisory Board, all in Frohna, Mo., and Lutheran Braille Workers.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Karen Cognata of Terre Haute, Ind., Tamara Burns of Norfolk, Va.; a brother, Kenneth Weinhold of St. Louis; a sister, Helen Grebing of Frohna; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg, Mo., from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 to noon.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Concordia Church, with the Rev. Wayne Palmer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military graveside rites.
