ANNA, Ill. -- Services for Robert R. Cavitt will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Crain Funeral Home here with Rev. Carl Fisher officiating. Interment will be in Dongola American Legion Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home in after 6 p.m. Monday.
Cavitt, 97 years old, of Anna, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 1991, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Marion.
He was born Feb. 2, 1894 in Tunnel Hill, Ill., son of James B. Cavitt and Martha Johnson Cavitt.
He was a veteran of World War I.
He married Edith Fisher on Nov. 20, 1923. She preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 1986.
He is survived by a brother, Frank Cavitt, Marion; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Upperdine of Christopher, Ill., and Mrs. Dimple Blankenship of Peoria.
