Robert Proffer

Robert W. "Robbie" Proffer, 19, of Friedheim died Monday, March 7, 2005, at his home.

He was born Oct. 9, 1985, in Cape Girardeau, son of W.J. and Carla J. Heath Proffer.

Proffer was a 2004 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, and lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Friedheim.

Survivors include his father of Millersville; his mother of Friedheim; a sister, Jennifer Bey of Old Appleton, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Mary Proffer of Jackson; and maternal grandparents, Robert and Helen Heath of Friedheim.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, J.W. Proffer.

Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson, and after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Friedheim.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Adam Mueller officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
