JACKSON -- Graveside memorial service for Robert K. Grant of Hot Springs Village, Ark., will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Russell Heights Cemetery. The Rev. Rodney Travis will officiate.
There is no visitation. McCombs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Grant, 80, died Friday, May 7, 1993, in a Hot Springs Village hospital.
He was born Nov. 6, 1912, at Jackson, son of Clarence L. and Irene Taylor Grant. He married the former Clodene Cowans.
Grant was a retired sales representative with B.F. Goodrich Co., servicing the St. Louis and Chicago districts. He also had owned and operated Grant's Sporting Goods in Columbia 12 years. He was a member of Evening Lions Club in Hot Springs Village.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Robert Grant III of Marco Island, Fla., Thomas Grant of Hot Springs Village; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
