ANNA, Ill. -- Robert Hugh Choate, 63, of Tullahoma, Tenn., died Thursday, March 23, 1995, at Harton Hospital in Tullahoma. He was born June 21, 1931, in Anna, son of H.L. "Opie" and Frances Louise Church Choate. He married the former Ginger Clarke. Choate was a retired electrical engineer with Sverdrup Technologies at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma. ANNA, Ill. -- Robert Hugh Choate, 63, of Tullahoma, Tenn., died Thursday, March 23, 1995, at Harton Hospital in Tullahoma.

He was born June 21, 1931, in Anna, son of H.L. "Opie" and Frances Louise Church Choate. He married the former Ginger Clarke.

Choate was a retired electrical engineer with Sverdrup Technologies at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Julie Moore of Powell, Tenn., and a sister, Jan Walker of Marion.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

Friends may call at Tullahoma Funeral Home from 6-9 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Patrick Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Green Cemetery in Franklin County, Tenn.
