CHAFFEE -- Robert Ernest Sherman Jr., 42, of Chaffee, died Monday, Aug. 12, 1991, at his home.
He was born April 16, 1949, in New York City, son of Robert and Barbara Chisholm Sherman Sr. He and Yvonne Smith were married Jan. 10, 1976.
Sherman was a cost estimater at Rapco in Jackson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Aberdeen, Md.; a brother, Ralph Sherman of Texas, and a sister, Kathleen Sherman of Baltimore, Md.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Charlie Shrum will officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
