ELCO, Ill. -- Robert Benny Carter, 76, of Elco died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Family and friends may gather from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Illinois. Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev.
