Robert A. Hawkins Jr., 21, of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 1995, at his home.
He was born Nov. 2, 1973, at Fredericktown, the son of Robert A. Hawkins and Deborah A. Marsh Hawkins. He and Starla Monahan were married Aug. 5, 1994, at Mountain Home, Ark.
Hawkins was employed at Holiday Inn as a porter. He was a 1992 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Robert A. and Debbie L. Hawkins of Cape Girardeau; his mother and stepfather, Debbie A. and Rodney W. Sitzes of Cape Girardeau; his wife and a son, Zachary A. Hawkins, both of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandparents, James and Lola Marsh of West Plains; paternal grandparents Paul and Marie Hawkins of Fredericktown; step-maternal grandparents, Richard and Patricia Comer of Terre Haute, Ind.; step-paternal grandparents, Charley and Evelyn Sitzes of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Dustin W. Sitzes, Jay R. Augspurger and Alex M. Hawkins, all of Cape Girardeau; and three sisters, Amy M. Hawkins, Heidi M. and Lesley E. Augspurger, all of Cape Girardeau.
Friends may call from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Monahan will officiate.
